In early 2015, after leading vocals in a few metal bands, Jon decided to have a go at a solo music career. Originally, "Rorschakk" was nothing more than an idea. An idea of what music is and can be. The idea that everyone hears, feels, and experiences music in their own unique way, like an audible Rorschach or "ink-blot" test. Whether it be the lyrics, the bass, or the melody, each individual will feel something different, which is why I took up the persona when I started making electronic music.

Thus, "Rorschakk" was born.
